Very kind and sincere people. They were incredibly helpful, communicative, and always made an effort to respond promptly whenever there were any queries or issues. It was a pleasure working with them.

We cannot recommend Pets in Balance highly enough. We took our French Bulldog, Japie, to Christi a few months ago when he started dragging his hind legs and feet. From the very beginning, Christi has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring.
She has consistently gone the extra mile to help Japie and has always been available with advice and support. Thanks to her dedication and treatment, Japie has improved significantly and is doing much better than when we first brought him in.
We are very grateful for everything Christi has done and look forward to seeing Japie continue to improve. Thank you, Christi, for your outstanding care and commitment to helping our boy!

Thank you Pets in Balance for your amazing service. I have had multiple dogs with Pets in balance over the past 7 years. Cobalt has been a client for almost 2 years now, being a active dog in sport, running and Search and Rescue we like to check in often to make sure he is in top form. Bianca is an amazing physio ensuring that nothing gets missed and we always leave happy, moving and feeling better.

Christi and Pets in Balance have been amazing for our dog. Christi is incredibly caring and clearly very knowledgeable—she explains everything in a way that’s easy to follow and shows real interest and patience. We’ve learned so many helpful techniques and management strategies, and the difference in our dog is obvious: he’s happier, more confident, and much more comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend Christi and Pets in Balance to anyone looking for compassionate, expert physio care for their pet.

All absolute angels! They really go over and above in every way. We have worked with Bianca for over a year now through some really hard time with our pup and she has been such a source of knowledge, calm and kindness. Bianca really feels just as invested in the wellness our boy Balu as we do and we are so grateful for all her kindness and guidance.

I have a mini long-haired dachshund, Bentley, and we’ve been going to Pets in Balance to help prevent the back issues that often come with aging. Bianca has been absolutely amazing—she’s attentive, knowledgeable, and always checks in on Bentley’s progress, especially with his diet and adjustments. We’ve already noticed a huge improvement in his overall form, core strength, and muscle activation. I highly recommend Pets in Balance for anyone looking to support their pet’s long-term health!

Can't recommend Bianca Duthie enough. Amazing at pin pointing the problem and rehabilitating injuries. She also did an amazing job at giving us the tools to do conditioning with our dog to be competitive in agility.

Joané was very helpful in assisting Jessie, our border Collie mix. She explained her assessment and we got a thorough report as well as home exercises. Joané also knew how to handle Jessie with great care as she is a super anxious rescue. Thank you Joané and I will definitely recommend Pets in Balance :-) And thank you for still checking in on how she is doing.
